Brought together under the theme "Regulatory Burden — Fact or Fiction," this landmark event provides a dedicated platform for regional air operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation stakeholders to engage in constructive, transparent dialogue. The forum aims to unpack the real-world operational challenges facing the region's aviation sector, streamline compliance expectations, and foster stronger collaboration across the Eastern Caribbean.

The Civil Aviation Cyber Security Workshop brings together senior and middle management personnel from across the aviation sector for a focused, in‑person programme on strengthening cyber resilience. Developed in collaboration with Transport Canada and the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, the workshop supports States in meeting ICAO Annex 17 – Security, Standard 4.9 requirements for protecting critical ICT systems and aviation data.
Participants will explore aviation cybersecurity fundamentals, cyber risk management, and the connection between physical and cyber threats. The workshop covers threat identification, attack methods, vulnerabilities, and practical approaches to mitigating cyber‑related risks. By the end of the programme, attendees will be prepared to conduct cyber risk assessments and develop effective risk management plans for safeguarding civil aviation operations.
