The Director General on behalf of the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) is pleased to extend an invitation to the Airport Executives Forum which will be hosted by the ECCAA in the state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines on 29th July 2026.

The objective of the Airport Forum is to provide a collaborative platform to engage in strategic dialogue on regional aviation development, operational efficiency, regulatory harmonization, and sustainable growth within the OECS. The Forum will also serve to identify shared challenges and practical solutions to further strengthen airport management across the region.

Registration for the forum is now open, and the registration link is available on the ECCAA’s website at www.eccaa.aero

To ensure a focused and meaningful agenda, you are invited to submit nominees and proposed topics for discussion. Kindly forward your proposed discussion topics no later than 31st March 2026.

Participants are kindly encouraged to complete registration at the earliest convenience to facilitate planning and logistical arrangements.
